Submission conditions:

Obtaining a high school diploma from the Ministry of Education, with a minimum grade of 70%.
Students who hold a Sharia secondary certificate with an average of 75% are allowed to enroll in the appropriate undergraduate programs at the university.
No more than three years have passed since the date of obtaining the high school certificate (general/advanced branch), technical certificates or its equivalent when submitting the application at the university.
Students who have obtained a commercial secondary certificate with an average of (80% and above) from recognized schools or institutes are allowed to apply for admission to the College of Economics and Management.
In all cases, the years of study at the secondary level should not be less than three years.
The secondary certificate obtained by the student is required to be equalized with the secondary certificate issued in the United Arab Emirates.
Students applying for admission to the College of Economics and Management are required to obtain an International TOEFL score (61 points and above in IBT), or (173 points and above in CBT) or (500 points and above in PBT), or the international equivalent of an academic English test ( IELTS score of at least (5.0), and no more than two years have passed since its issuance date
Students applying to join the College of Communication are required to have an International TOEFL score (45 points or higher in IBT), (133 points or higher in CBT) or (450 points or higher in PBT), or the international equivalent of an Academic English Language Test (IELTS) With a total of no less than (4.5), provided that no more than two years have passed since its issuance.
The student must not have been previously dismissed from Al Qasimia University, another university, a community college, or a higher institute for disciplinary or academic reasons.
In the application for admission, the applicant shall specify the colleges and programs in order of priority of his desire to join each of them.
The age of the applicant should not be more than 20 years when applying for admission to the university.


Students will not be allowed to attend studies without completing the required documents.
All applications for admission are considered preliminary, until their validity and compliance with the conditions are verified.
The student’s fulfillment of the admission requirements is not a guarantee of his acceptance, as the admission process depends on the admission policy and the university’s absorptive capacity according to the availability of resources.
Students are accepted according to the numbers to be accepted in each college. The differentiation is in the selection of students according to the highest total, the most recent graduate, and the youngest.
An entrance exam is conducted in the Arabic language; To determine the student’s experience in that language, and indicate whether he can directly join the program, or join a language center to qualify him linguistically.
